1) The offer of Treasure Depot

All pictures and descriptions of the merchandise offered in the web shop of Treasure Depot is suitably detailed to enable the costumer to assess the goods adequately.
The pictures used by Treasure Depot are truthful images of the goods provided.
All vintage merchandise we offer is used, unless otherwise noted should be assumed to be in very good condition, which means there may be signs of age or light wear.
We try to note manufacturing flaws or unusual signs of wear whenever possible.
Treasure Depot checks all offered merchandise on reliability and safety. De electric wiring of the offered lamps has been checked and replaced if necessary.

2) When is the final agreement?

When purchasing on the web shop or by e-mail, the agreement with Treasure Depot is established when Treasure Depot sends a confirmation to the email address provided by the costumer. (please check your spam box!!)
As long as Treasure Depot does not confirm the order, the costumer may terminate the agreement without charge.

3) How do I return goods?

The costumer has the option to cancel the agreement without specifying any reasons for a period of 7 workdays. This period starts on the day the product is received by the costumer.
The merchandise needs to be returned to Treasure Depot, in the packaging and in the same condition in which Treasure Depot delivered it to the costumer, within 4 days.
The shipping costs for returning will come to the costumer's account.
As soon as Treasure Depot has received the returned goods, the purchased amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but at least within the legal term of 30 days.
The purchased amount excludes cost we made, for example shipping costs

4) What are the shipping costs?

Depending on the size of the goods purchased and the delivery address, we try to find the most economical solution for shipping.

5) How can I pay?

Payment is integrated in the web shop. Depending on the delivery address, Treasure Depot uses the following payment options:
-iDEAL 
-Bank transfer
-Sofort banking
-Mister Cash
-Payment on pickup (by appointment) in Amsterdam

6) How can I make a complaint?

Please use the contact form if you have a complaint. We take all complaints seriously under consideration.
Treasure Depot will answer complaints within 7 working days from the date of receipt.

7) How does Treasure Depot handle my personal information?

Treasure Depot respects the privacy of all users of its site. The personal information you provide us with will be treated with care and confidentiality. Treasure Depot will use your personal information in order to fulfil the agreement obligations.
Personal information includes any information you enter in the order form or e-mail.
